Really enjoyed it. Taste great wouldn’t mind a little thicker cut.but overall an excellent steak.

I figured there was NO WAY my meat would get to me frozen, or even cold...but I was wrong! Not only was the meat frozen, but it came packaged in a really nice Styrofoam cooler, wrapped like i would have wrapped it and both ice packs were still frozen solid. Shipping was a 12 out of 10. Sadly, i found out that Japanese Wagyu is simply too rich for me. My 'go-to' beef has been Australian Wagyu for the past 2 or so years. Thanks for the GREAT service.

I went and purchased 3 different burgers to try for dinner we tried the bacon cheddar, the alpine, and the steak and cheese. for a total of 1.5 burgers each. we both picked our favorites and can't wait for burger night fully dressed as we tried them plain. cashier was great. so was the deli handler.

This "alpine " burger has ruined every pub style burger I have ever tasted. the slight heat from the spices was absolutely amazing. I tried this completely plain as to not confuse my taste buds. I will force my mom to purchase me this burger when I crave a burger for dinner. I can't wait for the next one. I will dress it with intent. This review is from my son 27-year-old autistic male. Thank you for a great burger. I enjoyed the steak and cheeseburger.

Absolutely delish! Some of the best steaks I've ever had!

The tri tip turned out great, charred on the outside and done medium rare. I will be ordering more ASAP.

These Hanger steaks are very tasty and delicious. This cut of meat has become my favorite cut of meat. I usually just pan sear it then put it in the oven about 375 degrees for about 12 minutes. Nice and pink in the center
