I have been in the beef business all my life. I am 76 years old. I’ve had Japanese Kobe beef before as well as many other breeds of beef throughout the world. I work for Sysco food service. For their beef department and retired there your product is head and shoulders. Some of the best beef I’ve ever eaten in my life.

For the price point of this Austrailian Rib Eye it was very good. Did a reverse sear, 20min @ 300F then 2-3 minutes on hot stainless thick pan. So good. 👍👍👍

Excellent flavor and texture. Much better than a standard fillet, and much more flavorful due to the marbling but without being as fatty as NY or ribeye. My new go-to for when I want to do some grilling or take some good steaks to share with friends.

My family loves burgers, and since I love all of the meat that I have purchased from Alpine, I thought I would give these a try. I cooked one up yesterday and it actually blew my mind. I am back to purchase more for my birthday gonna put these on the grill.
